The Sims 4 Review: Create Your Own World
The Sims™ 4 is a well-known real-life simulation game by Maxis where you are either a benevolent god or a mischievous torturer. The current, last update is a game that has gained the fandom of millions of people since 2014. Download it to your PC and strategize what you think life should look like.
Graphics and Sound 8/10
The game has improved a lot, and the graphics have become a pleasure to the eye. With textures vibrant in color and neatly detailed, you can easily immerse yourself in the game. Each character can become a unique personality with their own clothing style, color spectrum, and features that you add to them. Also, the music is a true companion here since it complies with whatever is going on in the game. Though it might get a bit irritating sometimes.
To manipulate all the actions of your characters, you need a set of tools located on the screen. Simple pick one by clicking on them to initiate time fast-forwarding or a complete game reboot. In the same way, you can interact with the imps. By clicking on them, you get a menu of behavioral options. Make them dance, sing, get intimate, or anything you want, but keep it fun.
Here, you get to be the creator of a small world, or rather a town. By choosing your location, you set up a town, buy real estate, and create unique characters. Pick their gender, habits, clothing, and even flaws to bring up an individual.
Once all is set, you get to control their lives, and deaths, by feeding them, renovating their dwelling, finding them jobs, etc. You’re not limited to what you can or cannot do. But make sure to take care of them, will you?
Lasting Appeal 10/10
The Sims is a dimension of creativity, mischief, and life-long mortal coils. There is always something here to do: match them with one another, get them fired from their job, become a virtual granddad. Apart from this, you can always have fun by setting them up, putting them on a diet, or simply throwing them out of the house. Should you get bored, just move to a different town and let them be.
Your Own Life Simulator
Everybody likes the Sims for its boundless potential and numerous ways to let yourself go. It is a great getaway for hyperactive kids and adults who need a pause. All in all, the Sims 4 is worth playing and replaying.
